Complaints
The seller is liable to the customer for non-compliance of the ordered goods with the contract on the terms provided for by applicable law.
If the customer finds that the delivered goods are inconsistent with the contract (defective), a complaint should be made. It is recommended to submit a complaint by post, by returning the goods with the "Complaint Form" attached. The shipment may be made by registered mail, parcel or other form of shipment to the address of the Seller's warehouse, with the note: "Complaint":

Each time the customer is obliged to complete the "Complaint Form" by providing all the data contained therein.
The customer will receive information on how to handle the complaint within 14 days from the day following the receipt by the store of the parcel containing the goods under complaint. In the event of a positive consideration of the complaint, the Seller will provide the Consumer with a full-fledged product (repaired or new), and if this proves impossible (e.g. stocks are exhausted), he will refund the full amount of the price paid for the goods together with other costs incurred. The above provisions do not limit the Consumer's rights under applicable law.
If the complaint is not considered, the goods will be sent back together with an opinion on the unjustification of the complaint.
