Withdrawal from the contract.

According to Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Seller informs that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The date of shipment by the Consumer is decisive.
The returned product must be new, without signs of use, originally packed with intact seals on the cardboard box.

At the same time, the consumer should complete the "Withdrawal form" and send it to the following e-mail address: info@evoepharm.com

If the above conditions are met, the refund for the product itself will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the return shipment.
